INTRODUCTION

We ask everyone to carefully read the information listed below before making a purchase in our online store.

If you wish to become a customer or an active user of the Proteinbuilder web store, please read our General Terms and Conditions and this information material carefully, and only use our services if you agree with all their points and consider them binding for you.

Hungarian is the language used in this online store, in the consumer contract created by placing orders, and during subsequent contact.

Our Customer Service is available on weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in case of questions regarding the operation of the online store, the ordering and delivery process.

Your order usually comes into effect when it is confirmed by our staff by e-mail or by phone. In the "Contact" menu, you can find our contact details, and here you can indicate your warranty claim, other complaints, or request information about a product or order.

The consumer contract concluded between the trader and the customer through this online store (according to the validity of: 45/2014(II.26) Korm.r. "Contracts concluded outside the business premises or between persons who are absent") cannot be considered a written contract, so it will not be registered , and later it is not available on paper.

Please note that we do not assume any responsibility for any typos or incorrect data on the website.

The database of the components of our products is constantly updated, however, all manufacturers reserve the right to change the composition and packaging of their products without notice due to developments. Therefore, the composition, attached product images and data are only informative, and we cannot assume full responsibility for their accuracy - including possible data recording errors -. We try to inform our customers about any possible changes, but we do not always receive information about changes from manufacturers.

If there is an error or deficiency in the price of the products in the webshop, we reserve the right to correct it. In such a case, after recognizing or modifying the error, we will immediately inform the customer of the new data, after which he can confirm the order once more or withdraw from the contract.

In the case of clothes, if you request an exchange in our online store due to a size problem, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the exchange, which may vary depending on the weight of the package.

If you don't like the product you ordered, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt without reason. In this case, you, the buyer, will be responsible for the return cost.

According to Korm.r.4.§ 11, this website (www.proteinbuilder.hu) is classified as a "device enabling communication between persons who are not present".

Consumer prices are gross prices (including VAT). The total consists of the total price of the products and the delivery fee. After compiling the "shopping basket" on the website, the Consumer enters into a customer contract with the Service Provider by clicking on the ORDER button. The Service Provider informs the Consumer about the creation of the obligation by email (Korm.r.4.§ 9.).

On this website, according to 1997:CLV.Fogyv.tv.§14.(4) and (5), the prices are displayed in Hungarian forints, the webshop indicates the prices in bold red letters. The products are always sold at the consumer price indicated at the time of the order - The Service Provider reserves the right to occasional changes in the prices of its products, which are not retroactive.

Payment options:

2.By bank transfer (in this case, you have 5 working days from the date of the order to transfer the amount, if this does not happen, we will cancel your order).

In all cases, package delivery is subject to a fee, which varies depending on the total weight. When ordering, the system indicates the exact delivery fee and adds it to the total amount of the purchase.
In our online store, it is only possible to place an order from abroad with advance payment.

We inform our customers that when paying by card on the www.proteinbuilder.hu website, the transaction is made in HUF, regardless of whether the cardholder's card is not in HUF.
The EURO and USD exchange rates shown on the website are provided for informational purposes only, according to CIB Bank's foreign exchange sales rate.
The amount shown on your bank account statement, debited in the currency of the account, may differ minimally due to exchange rate changes - due to conversions by the card company and the issuing bank.

The parcels are delivered by GLS in the surrounding countries.

Placing an order on the website: it is possible every day of the week from 0 am to 24 am. Orders received are processed on WEDNESDAYS between 10:00 and 15:00.
It is also possible to place the order outside of the times marked as processing the order, if it is done after the end of working hours, it will be processed the following day. Our customer service will always confirm by email when it can fulfill your order.

Procedure of the Order:

1. You can shop in our online store without registering,
2. You can buy the product by clicking on the basket of the product you want to buy (several products can be added to the basket)
3. After you have selected the right product for you, you can check the contents and total value of your basket by clicking the buy button (the packed basket is in the upper left corner of the screen)
4. For the entire order, you must fill in the parts marked with a red star on the form (mandatory), the delivery method (cash on delivery or personal collection in one of our stores). You have the opportunity to correct data entry errors before pressing the "Order" button.

5. Order confirmation and processing.
6. After ordering, our system automatically sends an email indicating that your order has been recorded.
7. As soon as the courier company has received the package, you will receive an email stating that it is being delivered or delivered, and will inform you by email and SMS (if you ordered by phone) on which day you can expect the package.

You will find the invoice including the delivery fee in the package.

Does the electronic confirmation mean that the seller accepted our order and undertook to deliver the product?

We should know that with the automatic confirmation sent by e-mail, the seller does not yet accept our order, this does not yet mean that the contract has been concluded, since the confirmation only confirms the arrival of our order to the seller. Thus, in the event of a low price or lack of stock confirmed by mistake or due to a program error, the trader is not obliged to deliver the product under the conditions contained in the automatic confirmation.

When can the contract be considered concluded?

The contract is created, i.e. from the date on which the rights and obligations for the parties arise, if the trader, after confirmation, notifies the consumer in another e-mail (this is more common) or, for example, by telephone, about the fulfillment of the order or the delivery of the product by post ( about handing it over to the courier company) or about the possibility of receiving it at the business premises.

Govt. r. According to § 20 (2) b) from the performance of the contract, the Consumer, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after the order, Korm.r. Section 4.9. according to the e-mail address - however, the Government Decree also contains the following exception: "perishable products or products whose quality is short-lived, as well as closed-packaged products that can no longer be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons after delivery, after opening". Most of our products fall under this exception.

Therefore, you can only cancel the order for sports equipment, towels, T-shirts, etc. is possible, but not for orders containing dietary supplements.

If you do not like a product or it is not what you wanted, send it back within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the price. In this case, you, the buyer, will be responsible for the return fee.

It is not possible to cancel an order via the website by phone (orally). Pursuant to Section 23 of Korm.r., the Service Provider reimburses the consumer for the full price of the order canceled with a statement of cancellation by bank transfer within 14 days from the date of cancellation at the latest.

In the case of items that have already been delivered but are defective (wrongly assembled or damaged during delivery), the Service Provider undertakes to return them in connection with the fulfillment of warranty/warranty claims (Government Law § 24).

In the case of Section 29 of Korm.r. - with particular regard to Sections a) and d) - the consumer may not use the right of withdrawal if he placed his order on this website, the Service Provider delivered the items in time and content that exactly corresponded to the order, but the consumer still does not wish to receive them. In this case, the government decree does not oblige the Service Provider either to return the products or to pay back the fees, given the correct performance.
