Recommended dosage: Mix 2 scoops (30 g) with 250 ml of water or low fat milk. Use a blender and take it immediately. To change the consistence of drink, change the amount of water used for preparation. Daily dosage is 2-3 servings.

L-Glutamine is the most abundant nonessential amino acid in the body, comprising more than 60% of the free amino acid pool in skeletal muscle and greater than 20% of total circulating amino acids. L-Glutamine plays a role in protein synthesis like proteinogenic amino acid, supports regeneration of muscle tissues, actives immune cells.

Taurine is a non-essential amino acid and is found in high concentrations in the heart muscle, white blood cells, skeletal muscle, and central nervous system.
