Suggested usage
Dissolve a single serving of the product 3 g (5 scoops) in 100 - 150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Please use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml). Take one serving a day.

Warning! Product with batch number: 2AOL001 p 05.09.2021 contains larger scoops. 1 scoop = 6 g. Measure out ½ scoop of product to get the recommended daily amount (3 g).

Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate is a chemical compound of glutaric acid and arginine.
